Alex Eggington

Alex is a Business Psychologist, with a keen interest in the use of psychometrics as a tool to enhance leadership impact and organisational performance. Prior to joining Cripps, Alex worked for a global consultancy focussing on the design and delivery of complex assessment and development projects which included PE backed companies and global organisations in energy and finance.  Having worked with a range of sectors internationally, Alex brings curiosity and a grounded appreciation for organisational context to her partnership with clients. She holds a degree in Psychology from Newcastle University, and a Masters in Organisational Psychology from City University of London.
