Jerry has over 35 years of investment banking experience providing strategic advice and capital raising for over US$300 billion in transactions.
Prior to Cripps Leadership Advisors, Jerry was Vice Chairman in the Global Energy Industry Group in Investment Banking at Bank of America, and Co-Head of Energy Americas in Investment Banking. During his time at Bank of America, Jerry was responsible for investment banking coverage of many of its largest energy clients including ExxonMobil, Chevron and Pioneer Natural Resources.
Most recently Jerry worked with the management and Board of Directors of Silverbow Resources on several transactions and activism defence, resulting in the acquisition of Silverbow by Crescent Energy. He was also an advisor to Pioneer Natural Resources on its US$64.5 billion merger with ExxonMobil Corporation, one of the largest energy M&A transactions of all time. Jerry also advised Southwestern Energy on their merger with Chesapeake Energy and Tokyo Gas/TG Natural Resources on its acquisition of Rockcliff Energy from private equity firm Quantum Energy Partners.
