Yulia Makarova

Yulia brings 18 years of experience in search, helping client organisations across the industrial sectors, including energy, infrastructure, natural resources and supply chain, to acquire c-suite and board-level positions with a special focus on the CEE region. Prior to joining Cripps Leadership Advisors, Yulia was a Partner for the industrial practice of a global top five executive search firm based in Warsaw. Here she advised clients across central and eastern Europe and CIS markets on a range of mandates. In addition to this, Yulia is an experienced executive assessment and leadership development professional advising firms on leadership team development, succession planning, M&A due diligence on leadership teams to name a few areas. Yulia graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine, with a degree in Sociology and is a certified coach (Erickson Coaching University). Based in London, she speaks fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian.
