Cripps is a leading independent Industrials search and leadership advisory firm, working at the highest level in a global market. This announcement marks a pivotal moment, reflecting both the scale reached and the ambition for the next phase of growth.

In addition to leading the global transportation practice, Jennifer Curtis will oversee Cripps Leadership Advisors as Managing Director, Europe. In her expanded role, she will manage the European business on a day-to-day basis, accelerating market growth across the region.

Tom Isobe has been appointed Managing Director, Corporate Strategy, where he will lead the firm’s long-term strategic agenda, supporting sustained growth and long-term value creation for the business and its people.

Murray Fox becomes Managing Director, Growth and Talent, taking responsibility for driving strategic expansion across geography and sector, while leading talent acquisition. Alongside these expanded roles, both Tom and Murray will continue to lead their highly successful global practice teams.

Joe Dubbin will move into the role of Chief Executive Officer, with a continued focus on accelerating Cripps’ expansion in the United States. We are delighted to announce the opening of our New York office, which, together with our Houston team, firmly positions Cripps Leadership Advisors as a differentiated, transatlantic player in the Industrials search and leadership advisory market.

Commenting on the appointments, Joe Dubbin said:

“These changes reflect the business we are today and the ambition we have for the future. We have built strong foundations, delivered consistent growth, and earned our place in a highly competitive global market. This leadership team gives us the structure, focus, and momentum to continue scaling with confidence.”
