Camilla has over 20 years’ experience in business administration, joining Cripps Leadership Advisors in 2015 from a wholesale manufacturing business. She worked closely with the Leadership Team through the MBO process and now supports the Board and provides a high-level operational service to the business as a whole, with a strong emphasis on finance. Camilla’s calm approach ensures the office runs smoothly across the finance, facilities and HR functions, all of which she oversees in this varied role, along with managing a team of EA’s and support assistants.
