Carl Sjostrom

Carl holds an undergraduate degree, masters and doctorate in Business and has been advising companies, boards and senior leaders for over 25 years’ on executive compensation and designing reward strategies and incentives. Carl initially started his career advising financial services firms and has also worked at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, KPMG, Ericsson and Hay Group. His experience to date has seen him work with businesses across the UK, US, Asia, Africa and Sweden.
