Jeremy Rickman

Jeremy joined us in 2020. He runs an executive search advisory and CFO coaching, mentoring and development consulting firm. He is Chair and/or on the boards of, and advises, boutique recruitment firms such as BIE Executive, Bronzegate, and MBS. Jeremy was a partner at Russell Reynolds for 17 years. He managed their Chicago office, built their CFO practice in Europe, and ran their global corporate officers practice. He began his finance career at PwC before working for multinationals including Mars Inc. He is a Henley Business School coach, a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Civil Engineering.
