Lucy has 20+ years’ of executive search and talent acquisition experience working predominantly for large and boutique search firms and also operated as a Head of Talent and executive search specialist for a global RPO. Over the course of her career, Lucy has worked on a number of successful assignments across a range of sectors such as industrials, investment management, transportation, tech and renewables for national and international companies. Lucy’s typical functional focus to date has centred on senior finance, operations and supply chain mandates.
