Marcial Cotelo

Marcial has over 15 years’ experience in executive search, working for large international search firms and boutiques, as well as on an independent basis. To date, he has worked on mandates for non-executives, CEOs, P&L owners and other C-suite level positions within financial services and the industrials sector covering renewables, biofuels, recycling, biochar/carbon removal, and electric vehicles. He holds a Masters in Humanities from University of La Coruña.
