Matthew has chaired our board since 2018. Before joining us, he served as Global Chief Executive Officer and President of Russell Reynolds Associates from 2007 to 2012. During his 20-year career at the firm, he ran their global financial services sector, led the businesses in Europe and Asia Pacific, sat on the firm’s operating and executive committees and was a member of the Board of Directors.
Matthew is a Non-Executive Director at British American Tobacco p.l.c where he sits on the Remuneration and Nominations Committees. He also sits on the Board of Berry Bros & Rudd where he chairs the Remuneration Committee, and is a Senor Advisor to Movemeon Ltd. He has chaired both the Make-A-Wish Foundation and AYME charities in the UK.
