Matt Wright

Matthew has chaired our board since 2018. Before joining us, he served as Global Chief Executive Officer and President of Russell Reynolds Associates from 2007 to 2012. During his 20-year career at the firm, he ran their global financial services sector, led the businesses in Europe and Asia Pacific, sat on the firm’s operating and executive committees and was a member of the Board of Directors. Matthew is also Senior Advisor to Movemeon Ltd, and a Non-executive Director of Berry Bros & Rudd. He has chaired both the Make-A-Wish Foundation and AYME charities in the UK.
