Pete Wessel is Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Business for Cripps Leadership Advisors. Pete specialises in senior level searches for clients in the Investment and Corporate Banking, Private Equity (and related portfolio companies), Energy and Power sectors while also supporting their talent management and organisational needs. Prior to joining, Pete was a Senior Client Partner and regional leader of the financial services practice at Korn Ferry and previously founded a boutique executive search practice focused on the energy and financial sectors in Houston, Texas, acquired by Korn Ferry in 2018.
