Richard Mayson

Richard works within the Leadership Advisory division focuses on psychological profiling, one-to-one coaching, leadership team development and organisational consulting. Richard has worked within multiple industries ranging from energy to financial services, and from professional sport to healthcare. Prior to joining Cripps Leadership Advisors, Richard served in the British military.
