Rowan heads our natural resources practice. He has 13 years’ experience supporting boards, senior executives and management teams in the mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy markets. Before joining us, he was Managing Director at Stratum International, a global mining executive search and consulting firm, and Director of Talent at Tetra Tech, an engineering consulting/EPCM firm. He worked there on planning and recruiting senior teams for international industrial development projects with USAID, UKAID, AUSAID and MCC. He also led recruitment for the Americas, covering all industrials. Rowan has a degree in Economics and an MBA in Global Leadership and is fluent in French.
