Phillip James Thomas

Phillip James Thomas (PJ) joins Cripps Leadership Advisors having previously worked at a leading boutique executive search firm, where he delivered research on mandates for venture capital and private equity backed businesses in the digital and technology space. He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in History and Hispanic Studies with Portuguese. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and is currently learning French. Prior to being a Researcher, he taught English as a foreign language at an international school.
